Non Exclusive partnership policy

For each product category, we work with limited number of manufacturers at a time. This simplifies management, reduces internal competition and improves the conversion rate. A limited number of partners allows us to ensure optimal monitoring, build relationships of trust with our manufacturers and, consequently, offer a better experience to our customers. On the side of manufacturer, it's also unrestricted in case you are willing to cooperate with other platforms. We reserve the right to evaluate each 6 months the performance of the collaboration with potential adjustments to be made.

Warehouse in Europe

Our warehouse based in Europe is made available to our approved manufacturers, which simplifies logistics and reduces complex remote procedures for our partners. If you are looking a local warehouse in Europe, then we may help you to boost your business to next level.

2 Be a manufacturer with quality products

Ensuring the best price to customers requires going directly to the source. However, it is often unrealistic for a manufacturer to sell directly to end consumers due to the many aspects to manage, such as marketing, website management, after-sales service and logistics. We seek to collaborate with serious manufacturers to set up a quasi-direct sale.

If you want to reach end consumers without having to invest massively in time and money, we have a solution adapted to your needs.

4 Contact us

Contact us and present your products. We will evaluate their quality and competitiveness. A test period can be considered, followed by the signing of a Frame Agreement of Collaboration.

What are Davixl's committments

1 Be transparent in the cooperation

The Frame Agreement has to be signed by both parties, the template can be download in the bottom of this page: Frame Agreement Tempate

2 Minimize the risks to Supplier, a test period is possible without any biding committment on both side.

Before collaboration, Davixl will clarify the transparency policy to supplier, as a platform, Davixl understands that it has to bring more sales to suppliers. What Davixl proposes is to guarantee minimum risk to supplier. During the test period, prior the product to be approved and shipped to Davixl's warehouse, Davixl will provide a deposit to cover the product's value, in case no sales will be made by Davixl, the supplier can keep the deposit to compensate the product loss. In such case, both parties have to evaluate together if the collaboration shall continue.
